About Us:
Bluebloods American Bulldogs began in 2000
and is made up of Myself (Colin Brown),
my partner
Tracy McAughey and my sister Teresa Brown.
We are located in
Birmingham, England, U.K.
& we are an A.B.A. Registered kennel.
Our
time is shared between our personal dogs and
their FUN time, their training in obedience and canine sport work
at the Romlet OG Schutzhund Club,
and our involvement in the breed which ranges from,
hosting shows & working events with the
(HABC)
to researching
& keeping ourselves up-to date
with issues relevant to this breed.
We compete at all the sanctioned ABNA
Conformation shows
held in the
UK
and have travelled
to
Holland,
Germany, France
and the USA to attend AB shows.
Myself and my partner Tracy
are on the board of representatives for
the American Bulldog National
Alliance
(ABNA).
I am also a certified
conformation judge for the
American Bulldog National Alliance (ABNA).
and a Judge for Irondog
International.
We were one of the founder members of
the H.A.B.C.
(Hopwood American Bulldog Club)
This enabled the American Bulldog breed in the UK to
have
credible sanctioned conformation shows and
sanctioned Working Events here in the UK.
These events are a positive way to
demonstrate to the wider canine
community that
this breed does have responsible dog owners,
and proves
that an AB should have a good temperament
which the breed standard and society
calls for.
The Club has also hosted the first Sanctioned
W.A.B.A.
& Irondog International triathlon working events in
Europe.
