Our Breeding Program:
 

We believe strongly in ethical breeding

and responsible dogs ownership,

as both affect the future of this breed,

we research and promote both of these.

We are not in the 'business' of dog breeding.

 We will only breed a limited number of litters,

and these are always fully researched and planned ahead.

We are very particular about the homes

any of our puppies may go to, we stay in contact with

these people throughout the dogs life.

We expect and insist that all our puppies owners

do some form of obedience training with their dogs.

We prefer all of our puppies to be at least shown and

also trained further in some way if possible,

although a loving home is the most important criteria.

Our aim behind our breeding program

is to produce the ' total package ' American Bulldog
that is of a very sound, confident temperament,

with the drive, hardness, intelligence and trainability

of the best working American Bulldogs,
one that is also healthy, with good

structure and conformation.
We test for the above qualities in various ways

 inc testing through credible organisations and

only use dogs that possess these qualities

 in our breeding program.

We feel the show ring and gaining conformation titles

is vital to continue improving the structure

 of the American Bulldog.
We feel perhaps even more important is the testing

 for working ability, this includes drive,

trainability, confidence and intelligence,

and most important of all a very stable temperament.
This we feel is best accomplished by competing in some of the

wide range of sanctioned working events

available to the American Bulldog

and competing in the sanctioned

conformation shows (ABNA) also available.
We feel that Sportwork (Tracking / Obedience / Protection)

because of its multi dimensional nature

is the best way, coupled with the conformation show ring,

of testing and maintaining a confident, stable temperament

 which the American Bulldog should have and

which any dog needs to comfortably live in modern society

We have based our breeding program on the American Bulldog’s

we have Imported from Greg Souza at:

Souza's American Bulldogs in the U.S.A.
We believe these American Bulldogs come from some of the best
Working / Conformation bloodlines that exist.
All of our imported American Bulldogs are out of titled parents and a
large number of their direct

ancestors, relatives and dogs from the same
lines also hold a number of working/conformation titles.

Our breeding program is based on line breeding

from a great producer of working and conformation

 titled American Bulldogs in the USA
CH. Souza’s Koa of Boyd BST / GDT / CGC / OFA / PH.
With the inclusion of some very high quality females.
In order to further this program and carry on these lines,

 we also imported from the USA

several batches of frozen semen from CH. Koa,
and his son, also a great producer.

SchH. I / BST / IDT5 / AD / WP1 / CGC / OFA / PH / OFA el.

This semen when added to our dogs that have been imported and in
conjunction with our future plans will allow us to embark on a long
term line breeding program centered around some of the finest
working / conformation titled American Bulldogs

All dogs kept as part of our breeding program will be

 trained towards earning various obedience, working / Sport titles.
We are members of

the British Association for the German Shepherd Dog - VPG (BAGSD - VPG UK)
& the Romlet OG Schutzhund club in Essex

where we have trained and are training our AB's

 towards Schutzhund, WABA, Obedience, and Irondog titles.
